That's impressive. I'm happy and proud of myself.. and don't plan on going back to being a smoker.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU - YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is just the beginning of a very worth while journey - and you have all my support to help you though anything you need!!!! Keep on going!!
Hi there - I'm visiting from Chantal's blog - and am an ex-smoker myself - ten years now. CONGRATULATIONS - you CAN do it!!! I woke up one morning and wondered how long I could go without a cigarette. I made myself two rules - #1 - I could have a cigarette anytime I wanted (and carried an open pack in my purse for over a year) - BUT - #2 - If I had a cigarette - I would have to start over counting the days. When I hit 1 day without a cigarette - then 2 days - then 3 days - then 1 week - then 2 weeks - then 1 month - it became easier and easier to resist the temptation - I REALLY didn't want to have to start over counting the days - ;)) And CONGRATULATIONS on being nominated for the Lovely Blog Award - ;))
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Wait.. what? I've been nominated for who? I didn't even know such a thing existed! LOL Now I have to figure out who nominated me. :)
DeleteCongrats on your ex-smoking journey.... isn't it amazing?
